No matter for how long one suns himself at noon, he will gain nothing. Expose your back to the sun, connect with its energy when you feel well, as well as when you do not feel well and observe the results. You shall know during which hours of the day to do that in order to take in only its beneficial rays. There are rays, which tire you. If one is a farmer, he is to wear a hat in the form of a polygon to refract the sun's harmful rays. Never stand in the shadow of a tree or in the shadow of somebody else. This is a rule that everybody may try. Each ray, which has fallen on you, is absorbed by your organism and then comes out again in the form of light, called dead light. There is light in the shadow of a flower, of a tree, or in the shadow of a house, but it is called dead light. Therefore, you have to be under the influence of the direct sun rays, but not under the indirect ones, i. e. the shadow rays. Never stand in a shadow.
