For the beginner, it is good to begin with six exercises three times a day. Later he can increase the number of breaths. It is also advisable to stop for a minute during the day and take one deep breath. In this way the breathing process becomes gradually more regular, deep and rhythmical. Don't neglect the morning hours - at the rising of the sun at dawn there is a new flow of prana. In the summer time the breathing exercises are better done in the open air and in the fall and winter it is better in a well-ventilated room with an open window.
