Position of the Body During Breathing Exercises


 


One can do breathing exercises in three positions of the body laying down, sitting, or standing, with a straight body. When one is prone, one is more connected with the Earth's energy of the physical world. When one is sitting, one is connected with the spiritual world through one's sympathetic nervous system, and when one is breathing standing up one is involving the front lobes of the brain.
