Position of the Spinal Cord During Breathing Exercises

The position of the spinal cord is very important during breathing exercises - it should be straight. This has two meanings: First, it has a direct touch to the energy of the sun and absorbs it easier, and second, a straight spinal cord makes possible deep breathing. If the spinal cord is curved, then breathing is shallow.
