BREATHING AND DIVINE THOUGHT

 

When we breath and inhale air with an alert consciousness, we will find God. When man breathes in this way he begins to think. When man begins to think he begins to have faith. Those who breathe consciously can find God. God says to man: When you breathe through your nose and think about me you will find and hear me when I am speaking to you.

 

The air is the carrier of electric and magnetic forces. This energy passes through your nose and renews and ennobles your nervous system. When people breathe correctly they don't quarrel. To avoid arguments and disagreements, everybody has to start breathing deeply. You have to be very attentive to the air which enters through your nose because this is the way toward divine thinking. Through breathing man is receptive to God's thought and the divine thought enters within man and brings light to his thinking and a new impulse to renovate him.
