Boris Posted August 13, 2025 Report Posted August 13, 2025 Abode of Bliss Gospel of John, chapter 3 Reflection Unless one is born again, cannot see the kingdom of God. One born again is one born of Love, made alive in Wisdom and resurrected in Truth. This is the man who now comes forth from God and goes into the world to manifest the power of God, to manifest the power of good, the power of righteousness, and the power of understanding. This is the man who brings the knowledge of love and the power of mercy. This is the man who brings the light of Wisdom. He opens the eyes of the blind. This is the man who brings Truth and freedom. This is the man who brings the life of immortality. Build your home from the threads of Love, weave it from the threads of Wisdom, adorn it with the threads of Truth. Then set a table in your home and invite Love to visit, invite Wisdom to visit, invite Truth to visit. Arise and serve them, that you may learn how to live. Stop worrying about the little things - out of them gems are created. Stop worrying about muddy water - it fertilizes life. Stop worrying about the darkness that limits life. Darkness and light are friends of love. Knowledge and ignorance are friends of Wisdom. Bondage and freedom are friends of truth. Darkness is the Old Testament, light is the New Testament. The one born of the flesh is the man of the Old Covenant, the one born of the Spirit is the new man - the person of Love. Any person who worries about biting flies cannot understand the world. He who harnesses the biting flies to work - to plough the earth, understands life. Make cattle, cows, horses out of the biting flies and put a samar to them: let them also work, help life. Do not think what will become of them and what is their fate. Let them work. Better work than biting; better eating than kicking; better talking than gloating. Make the biting flies sing. Make the biting flies play the dance, as young maidens and young men. Let the biting flies become the disciples of good men. Let the biting flies become students of life. Let the biting flies forget their past discontent and not be proud of making the oxen run away from them. For when the weak chases the strong, he becomes ridiculous; when the weak kicks the strong, his legs are dislocated; when the weak wrestles with the strong, his arms are crippled; when the weak argues with the strong, he becomes stupid. Do not try to defeat the Almighty. Do not try to outwit the wise. Do not try to restrain the free. Become a servant of Love! Become a disciple of Wisdom! Become a servant of Truth! Better love than hate; better knowledge than ignorance; better freedom than slavery. Biting flies created lovelessness, ignorance and slavery. What does it cost you to give up a biting fly? There is no weaker creature than the biting fly. What hinders you from defeating it? Don't fool yourself into thinking that the biting fly is strong. God will blow the whistle and all the biting flies will begin to play the dance. God will blow the whistle and all the biting flies will begin to sing in chorus. God will blow the whistle and all the biting flies will pick up the banner of freedom and fly it around the world. Become the chief of the biting flies and lead them forward as a standard-bearer: to sing, to play, to jump and say that this is the new life in the world. Thank You, Lord, for the Love You have sent into the world! Thank You, Lord, for the Wisdom You have sent into the world! Thank You, Lord, for the Truth You have sent into the world! They will bring us into the abode of bliss. The 12th Lecture by the Master, held at the Seven Rila Lakes on July 3, 1942, 5:00 p.m.
