During these exercises, the different energies in your body balance. When one is healthy, when one feels and thinks properly, the energies balance by themselves. But when a person is not healthy, Nature evokes the balancing of these energies by creating a certain disease and causing certain movements through this. When one is ill, he begins to writhe, to move, to get up and lie down, and energies balance in this way. If they are adjusted properly one recovers, if they are not adjusted properly, one leaves. At gymnastic exercises, in order to contact the invisible worlds, you shall stretch your muscles. If your arms are loose, you will gain nothing. To perceive something, your arms are to be stretched. You should know that with every move you connect to the flows of Nature. Once you stretch your arm and keep your mind focused, you are already in contact with these flows. And then, in each particular case, you may be connected both to the electricity of the Earth and to the electricity of the Sun. At each stretching of the arm, you may also have contact with the earth or solar magnetism. Magnetism, in general, is connected with prana, i.e. with the vital energy of Nature. Therefore, while stretching arms and legs and concentrating the mind, people use the vital energies of Nature and become healthy and strong. Natural powers cannot be used with loose arms. During all exercises that you do, the mind shall present to attract natural powers that are necessary for you. If you move your arm mechanically, you use nothing. If you pass the mind through the forefinger, you will become more noble with dignity and merciful. If you want to become fair, you should exercise the middle, Saturn finger. For nobility and musicality, for sense of beauty, exercise the ring-finger, the fourth one. If you want to arrange your works well and have good relationships with the others, then exercise the little finger. If you want to gain something Divine, exercise the thumb. The hand is a big wealth. It is good, while making movements for regulating your organism, to accompany them by the vowels "a" and "o" - two powerful sounds. Rational movements regulate the nervous system, which bears the vital energies and takes in the living powers of Nature. When the nervous system is in good state, all body functions happen normally. Taking your hands away from each other has a calming effect. When you move your hands against each other, the effect is the opposite of the above. So you will tell these opposing forces to move up. I. exercise. Raise both arms up and away from the sides of your body, palmsdown, at the height of the shoulders.Then the right arm is to be raised slowly up under an angle of 45° from the shoulder level, and the left arm is to be let down under an angel of 45° from the shoulder level and from this position, squat six times, and during that time, focus your mind on the front part of the brain. The exercise is used for adjusting the front part of the brain. II. exercise. This exercise is like the first one, but the left arm is raised up underan angle of 45° from the shoulder leveland the right one is to be let down under the same angle, at which you squat six times. During that exercise, focus your mind on the heart. The exercise serves for regulation of the emotions. III. exercise. Bring both arms back, palms facing each other, and row forward, at which squat 6 times. During that exercise, focus your mind on the spine. The exercise serves for regulation of the spine. IV. exercise. Raise the left arm up and forward to the east, and the right one downward, rotation of the body around the waist and swimming by arms. This exercise is also repeated 6 times. While doing this exercise, focus your mind on the stomach. It regulates the stomach. V. exercise. Put your hands on your waist. Balance the body on the left leg, and the right leg is to be slightly raised to the right side, slowly forming a semicircle with it from left to right - 6 times. After that balance on the right leg and do the same with the left leg – again for six times. During that exercise, focus your mind on the nervous system. It serves for regulation of the nervous system. VI. exercise. Raise both arms up and away from the sides of your body at the level of the shoulders and slowly raise up until fingers of both hands touch above your head. Lift the body on the toes and from this position slowly squat, at which arms are to be put back along your body. This exercise is to be done 6 times, too. It is a finish of the first five exercises. It is called a magnetic undressing and dressing: downwards - undressing, upwards - dressing. Note: These exercises shall be done once a day. If they are done in the morning, it would be wonderful, at noon - nice, and in the evening - well. These exercises should be done very slowly and correctly, with well stretched arms and legs, if you want good results. Arm movement is for the development of the heart and chest. Concentration of the mind strengthens the mind. The execution of all exercises strengthens the will. These exercises are one of the best occult exercises. However, take care they not to become like a loop for you, but benefit of them Consider that you have known them once, and now you remember them. I will give you now the following exercise with the pronunciation of the vowels "a" and "o". Put the palm of your left hand over the right one and bring it in this way to your shoulder. Then put your right hand over your left one and bring it again to the shoulder. Do this exercise for 10 days, every evening, before going to bed: 6 times with the left hand and 6 times with right one, by taking turns: left hand, right hand, etc. Start with the left hand. Arm movements have a certain effect on all your organs and on your will. Let's say that sometimes you are excited. Do the following exercise with your hands: Put your hands in front of your chest, then up and away from the body on both sides, making slight wrist movements. Then put your hands in front of your mouth. By doing this exercise for 3-4 times and think on the three words, your discomfort will pass. This is a psychological treatment, psychological ventilation in man. You shall pronounce the words love, joy and gaiety. You shall have these words as keys. The left hand is to be put freely on the knee. The right arm is to be raised up and away from the side of the body, horizontally, then forward, up, back in a circle, and down That rotation of the arm is repeated several times. The same thing is to be done with the left arm and then with both arms together. Arms stop horizontally and go down. This exercise is to be done during the week, in cases, when thoughts and feelings muddle up. When your thoughts muddle up, do the exercise only with your right hand, and when the feelings muddle up, do the exercise only with your left hand. Arms up, well strained, end of fingers of both hands touched. Concentrate your mind and direct mentally the solar energy to pass through your hands, to flow throughout your body. At this position of the hands, say the formula: "I am in harmony with the animated Nature. Let God's goodwill flow through me!" Take hands down. Left arm up, the right one - down. Try mentally to perceive the two flows. With your right arm you will perceive the flow from the Earth, and with the left one - the flow from the Sun. Remain in this position for 3 minutes. Try to feel the effect of flows along your arms. Right arm up, left one - down, squatting, the fingers of the left hand touch the earth while you are saying the words: "I am connecting to the center of the Earth and evil, through my left arm, goes into that center." While getting up, your right arm remains up, and the left one - down, while you are saying the words: "I am connected to all intelligent powers, to all rational beings, Divine beings, as well as to God and let the Divine energy pass through my entire body." The squatting and the formula are to be repeated three times. Formulas are to be pronounced mentally and with awe in the soul. When a person gets into bad condition, during which his mind darkens and his feelings roughen, let him do the following exercise: let him put the palms of the hands against each other, ends of fingers touching. The left hand pulls along the palm of the right one to the end of the wrist, then straights in the position of a right angle with the right hand without interrupting the movement. The right hand is to be put on the left one (at that position both hands are horizontal). Now your right hand pulls, slides over the left one to the end of the middle finger. Finally, both hands are put with palms facing each other like at the beginning of the exercise. The same exercise is done with the right hand. If you do this exercise several times, all your bad conditions will disappear. By giving this exercise, I want to draw attention to the following: slipping, hand raising and putting it over the other must be made without interruption. Nature does not like interruptions. By doing the exercise by changing hands, you polarize. Left arm forward and slightly tilted, palm down. The right hand moves along the left arm Start from the shoulder and go downward, while you are singing the exercise with the letter "Y" (the Bulgarian letter "Y" is pronounced - transl. note). Then the hand goes down to the wrist, while you are singing the exercise with the letter "A" (the Bulgarian letter "A" is pronounced [a] - transl. note). Finally the hand goes up from the wrist to the elbow, while you are singing the letter "И" (the Bulgarian letter "И" is pronounced - transl. note). The distance from the shoulder to the elbow is the material world, the physical world of the stomach. The zone from the elbow to the wrist is the spiritual world - the heart, and the wrist is the mental world - the mind. Then put your right arm forward, and the left hand is to be moved along it. Do this exercise for a week every morning and evening for ten times. This will improve the state of the stomach, the chest and the brain. You will treat yourself. One, who wants to be healthy, shall sing. If one is sad or does not feel well, he shall sing, too. Sing and praise God in your soul. Right leg forward, easily bend the body to the earth, while imaging that you are lifting an enormous load. Do this exercise, gradually increasing the load until you reach 50 kg. By doing the exercise regularly, you will notice that your muscle strength has increased. If you are able to lift 50 kg mentally and you will be also able to really lift it. Do this exercise when you do not feel well to see what powers you have. In order your eyes not to weaken, you shall practice. There are exercises, which stir all eye muscles. If not exercised, eyes gradually weaken and lose their ability to see. When you go on an excursion, you want to reach the peak as soon as possible. This is not right. Go slowly and look up, left, right. Once the sun is up, stop for a while, to see how it rises and continue your way. If you are in a hurry, you will soon get old. One of the reasons for weakening of the eyes is that they do not move. You move your neck when you want to see something and do not move your eyes. I would recommend an exercise that you can do in the morning and whenever you want during the day. Close your eyes and move them, look, as much as it is possible, up, then, as much as it is possible, down, as much as it is possible to the right, and as much as it is possible to the left. Repeat this several times very slowly. Then, during the day, when you want to see something, do not twist your neck. The neck shall be still, and the eyes are to be moved -this will become the natural way of looking at things for you. This is the physical side. Inside is the following: if you make a mistake and do not fix it, then if you make a second mistake and do not fix it, third one, fourth one, you get used to that and your sight weakens. Another thing: You love someone and excuse his mistakes or you see them as too small ones. You do not love him, do not excuse his mistakes and you see them as too big. Third: eyes weaken as a result of worries, concerns, internal disharmonious states, or of dust. Cold feet are the first condition of neurasthenia. It is good for neurotics and those, who often lose their temper, to remove their shoes from time to time and walk barefoot on sand or soft grass. In this way feet are in direct contact with the vital powers of the earth and tone. In the morning exercises, while lifting your arms up, you take in the solar energy and through legs - the earth energy. Hence, in the morning, you shall take in solar energies, and in the evening you shall do exercises to get rid of the energy, collected during the day. In the morning you will take in from the Sun, and in the evening you will give the excessive energy to the Earth.
