FOUR QUESTIONS A group of tourists came to the Master. They asked him for some enlightenment on life nowadays. The Master told them: In the world there is an abundance of everything, but it is not distributed correctly. There are four questions, which excite the mankind nowadays: the individualistic, public, economic and political. The political question is the outermost circle and the individualistic - the innermost. It is the attitude of man towards God. Love must be placed as a foundation of life. The Divine must be placed as a foundation. People today suffer from a lack of Love, from lovelessness. The political question is the relationship between the nations. All the nations have to be grouped. Wisdom will give the methods of applying Love. Truth will bring Freedom. Question: How would you explain that Christianity supports wars? These are old ideas, pagan, dressed in Christian mantle. A day will come when people will not wage war. If during wintertime you are told that the snow and the ice will melt, you can say: "How will this happen?", but when summer comes, you will see it. It is not permitted to kill a man. Matters are not resolved with murder. Question: These people here, are they Your followers? They are not on this path since only today, but since thousands of years. But if we take a wider look, we can say: all people who walk the path of Love are with us. And the ones who die are with us - we teach them in the other world; and the ones who come from the other world, here we will teach them how to live. If we look at it even more widely: all the people are ours and we are theirs, it is only that we do not know each other. We teach people not to carry big 40-50 kilogram backpacks, but 10 kilogram backpacks. The backpacks are emblems of the material concerns. Foreigners arrived this afternoon. They wanted to meet the Master and at sundown they came to his tent. The sisters laid down blankets on the grass for them. The guests sat down and the Master started talking to them: The goal is inside a man, and what is on the outside is a condition. The outside conditions are important only for the achievement of the inner goal. The goal - this is Love, and Faith and Hope are conditions for the achievement of this goal. Smart is only he, who has subjected everything to the Divine Love. There are lines on the face, by which it is known if a man has the Divine Love. The physical love is expressed through inner movements - for instance the mother takes her child, tosses it up, caresses it, kisses it. The Spiritual Love is expressed through beautiful words. And the Divine Love - through silence, because there are no words with which it can be expressed in a human language; because of that you keep silent.

RULE FOR THE STUDENT A group of teachers from a nearby summer camp visited the Master. They talked with Him, shared their impressions of the mountain, of the collective life of our camp. Upon their departure they asked the Master to give them a valuable rule for life. Protect the freedom of your soul! Protect the power of your spirit! Protect the light of your mind! And protect the goodness of your heart!

MUSIC Normally after the group lectures at the lake Elbur we would sing a few songs, and sometimes the musicians gave a concert. They played songs by the Master or some classical pieces. Once, after one such concert, the Master started talking about music. There cannot be any music where there is no rationality. The influence of every tone has to be studied, similarly to the influence of the seven colors. A man cannot be a student without music. The human thought is built by the laws of music. Love is the greatest musical symphony. In life, there is no greater symphony than Love. In music there are tones, which can stop the storm, but they cannot always be used because they would cause evil. If the storm stops, this can provoke an even greater disaster. When the writer comes to the outer limit of his thought, he will become either a musician or a poet. When the music reaches its upper limit, prayer takes its place. Quiet singing means that things are coming from far away, from the Divine world. And loud singing means that things are coming from somewhere near, from the physical world. People do not develop their musical sense and as a result they are nervous. Music is a carrier of great culture. A new rhythm is introduced into music now - a combination of western and eastern music. In Egypt, in Chaldea, in ancient times music was devolutionary. And now, the evolutionary music is beginning. Back then, they were entering a progressively denser matter, things were fragmented, and now an expansion is occurring - from the small passing on to the vast. The traditional Bulgarian songs used to be religious dances, and later they became horo dances. The future brings the big upsurge in the music of the Slavdom. It would be good to do a concert with the name The New Music. Through the new music I want to bring back the beauty of your faces. The new will be victorious through music. From the Invisible world musicians will come, and organize the world. Beethoven's music expresses the fight of the human spirit with its environment. Bach's music expresses motion in Nature, springs, wind, flower growth, etc. Whoever wants to become younger, to be like a child, should play Mozart. Whoever wants to strengthen his will, to be brave, has to play Beethoven. Whoever wants to meet Nature has to play Bach. Whoever wants to know the heart of men and women has to play Chopin. Handel and others are commentators. Wagner's music is that of glory - not of ordinary glory, but of the glory of which is spoken in the verse: "Seek glory not from humans, but from God." Music has to serve as means of education. When someone sings in an ordinary way, he looks like a person who wares make-up. He does not feel things deeply. When a man sings spiritual songs, he has to open his soul to the Divine world as a flower and to have the disposition of an innocent rational child.

RULES OF LOVE The days of the brotherhood meeting were coming, the gathering days as we call them. The Master determined them for each year. They were expected by everyone with a sacred tremble. On this occasion the Master said: For 19th of august - the gathering day - you will prepare the same way as for Easter. You will wash up; you will dress with your finest cloths - white coat and white hat. One brother asked the Master in relation to one idea from today's lecture at the Praying top. The Master said: When someone has spoken badly of you, pass by this place three times, until you meet him so you can give him a gift. And say nothing to him. Then this man will say: "They speak badly of that man, but he is not bad." What does it mean Do not resist evil? It means to use Love as an instrument. When someone insults you, when he does something bad to you, do not tell anyone, keep it to yourself, show Love towards him, because he has fallen. If he has fallen, why do you have to fall too? I do not want anyone to come to me and tell me the short comings of any one! Someone insults you, but you are already in the Love, you are not offended - the law of Love excludes you feeling offended. The Love you feel for somebody has to be sacred. The one you love has insulted you. What will you do? Because of the Love in which you live, you will turn the bitter feelings into sweet. You say: "I am not disposed toward that man." Try to come to love the one you hate. Get used to seeing in those you do not love, a manifestation of the Divine. Someone does not love his wife. Let's find in her something nice, one good quality. God is in the minds and hearts of people. A thug speaks to you. Smile to him and take his hand, feed him. When you shake hands with him, he will become smaller, you will grow and he will do nothing to you. A saint passes through the forest. When the thug sees him, he says: "There is no need for me to rob you" - this means that God is manifesting through the thug. You send a good thought towards someone, but he does not receive it. It will come back to you. As he does not love you, he gives you back the good - he says: "I do not want your good." And when you send him evil, he does not want your evil either - and it comes back to you. When you do him evil, you wake up his mind and he will try to do you even bigger evil. And when you do him good, he may not do you good, but he will not do you evil either. If you love me because I love you, this is good. But if you love a man, who follows you, this is character. When you do the man who follows you a favor, this is character. When you do a favor to the one, who has insulted you ten times, you are peculiar in your actions. God wants peculiar things like that. In the external life the stupid serve the smart, the weak - the strong; in the internal life the smart serve the stupid, the strong - the weak, the loving - the unloving. All of you hold on to one rule: Do not care what the others think of you, whether they love you or not. In a given moment it is not necessary to know whether they love you; it is important for you to be sure that you love them. You are not responsible to decide whether they love you. Who and how they love you - this is not your business; how you love - this is your business. Do not be interested in how much your friend loves you. If someone loves you, leave him be and tell him that he is on the right path. Do not ask why those people love each other. You have been sent as ambassadors to love the people and to give them what you have to. What God requires from you, this is the important thing. People do not have to give me rules on how I have to love. Nobody must intervene in the love of others. There is only one Creature, Which can talk about Love - It is God. Therefore do not intervene in God's work - who loves who and how he loves them. Do not interfere with Love, do not interfere with God, but learn from Him! I will give you another rule of Love: welcome your beloved firstly in humble cloths, while working in your garden. Do not interrupt your work, let him come to you and help you. And then you will dress with your nicer cloths. A king's daughter is getting married. She was so loved in Heaven, that God sent an angel bearing gifts. But he fell in love with her and could not come back. When a man becomes attached to something, he cannot go back. Let's be happy for those relationships, which God has developed. Many of you have been connected artificially to see if you know how to break the connection. If you cannot break it, you have not passed the test. You do not love somebody - this is a relationship. Man has to think that he is in a world where everything is arranged. And if there are any contradictions, he should know that he has not completely understood things. There is no better thing than having a friend, who has the same opinion of you as you have of yourself. This friend, to be ready to sacrifice his life for you; and you, to be ready to sacrifice your life for him. Whoever loves is a mother. If you love, you are a mother, no matter what form you have. What God has done for us, we have to do for others. The service of the servant is related to Love. When we love someone, we foresee everything, we are mindful. The mindfulness is a quality of Love. You will be careful toward the one you love. You will learn what he needs. When you love, you will be loved back. If you do not love anyone, there is no one to help you. When you love someone, you are ready to do anything for him. You have to give him freedom, not to racketeer him. You have to be very delicate, careful with the mind, heart and soul of your beloved, so he would not think that you want to use him, but think that you want to sacrifice yourself for him. If he thinks that you want to use him, you are lost. The first servant is God. Let's decide to be servants, so we can be together with God. Until you gain the power through which you find pleasure in serving, in providing benevolence towards the smallest, and realize that this is a privilege, until then you cannot say you know something. This is the law of the angels, of the White Brotherhood, which now leads the world. All the White Brothers, all the angels fulfill this great law. Someone is unhappy because he has not learned the law of serving. Open your hearts for Love and God will begin to talk to you as clearly as he never has before. He will tell you: "This is how this will be is done, do that, this is how you serve." Love firstly serves the others and then itself. Only Love can make a sacrifice in the world. Without Love, no sacrifice is possible. A sacrifice, in which there is no Love, is not accepted. If you are ready to sacrifice your life for the one you love, you will be ready to sacrifice yourself for God too. We will begin our life with the teaching of Love. Do not say to anyone: "You will do this for me", this is not in the Divine teaching. I do not have the right to tell anyone: "Do that for me, don't you have Love?" Everybody should race in Love! When we say about someone that he loves, this means that he has provided for every need of his beloved. In Love you tremble for the one you love and you try to satisfy all his needs. When you love certain people, God has entrusted them to you so you can raise them. This means they are entrusted to you by God. The one who has real Love will give to you, he will not want anything from you. But the one who gave you one and wants ten, loves you with human love. You have written what I have been saying. You can read it to others. This is the good you can do. After you gather water from the fountain, you will bring from it to others. While you place someone lower than yourself, you do not love him. Whoever loves you truly will cure you, will teach you, will show you Nature, etc. He cannot be unhappy. When in Love a man wants to take, then he is unhappy. You can never influence people if you do not love them. To influence a plant, you have to water it, to hoe it. When you love a man, he represents a flower or a tree you are watering. Christ with His Love has been carrying the sufferings of all mankind for thousands of years. With this Love He can carry all the sufferings of the world. When you are very sad, this shows that there are clouds in your mind - darkness. And when you are happy, the sky is clean. The Sun always shines, but the ones who are sad, have not perceived its rays. Man needs softness. If you are not soft, flexible, you cannot endure. People get old because they are not flexible. If you are with Love, everywhere they will stop you and tell you: "Come, take this watermelon", "Come to our garden and take some apples." But if you are without Love, they will not stop you anywhere, and they will tell you: "Leave." You have come to the world to find out who loves you. Now workers are needed for the New teaching. If you put a prism, it refracts light. If you put a simple stone, it does not refract and does not reflect light. This way the human soul must reflect Divine Love and Divine knowledge. Be joyful now. Do not lose your heart, because I often find lost hearts. You give your hearts to anyone, but God says: "Give Me your heart" - because the human heart has to be in very good hands. When it falls in the hands of God, this is a blessing, but when it falls in human hands, someone will touch it, cut it, so he can study it, and when he gives it back, it is all cut up. Loved is the man who always gives. When a man is not loved, outside they pay him for work, and when they love him, they do not pay him anything - they pay him with Love. There is no bigger foundation than the foundation of Love, there is no holier thought than the thought of Love and there is no brighter feeling than the feeling of Love. Because of that, always rest in Love. Outside Love are the shadows, the unreal, but the unreal things give nothing to man; they take, but do not give. An important law is: in Love you must not lose yourself. Do not lose yourself. People first love each other and then they begin to lose themselves, i.e. they leave their work, the growth of the spirit falls behind. When you lose yourself, the soul stops its growth and Love leaves. Two people love each other and start drifting - for instance when you love someone, you cease your writing, your reading, your praying, you forget everything. You must love and work! All good people must gather and then they must scatter, so they can help. Be joyous. I say this: do not take off your smile, never take off the smile from your face. Always, even in your saddest moment, there always has to be a smile to be noticed, because if you do not smile, the worst comes. Love smiles to everybody without exceptions. When someone smiles, I am happy, because that smile is like the morning zephyr, like the dawn. The smile increases the human capital. Always smile, do not be serious. A man should be satisfied when everybody is satisfied, this is the order of things; but to be satisfied among unsatisfied people - this is art. When you go to unsatisfied people, you will bring a donkey loaded with gifts: bread, fruit, and clothes. Then the faces of everybody will brighten up and they will become satisfied.

FAITH One evening the Master was walking around the camp and with him was a small group of brothers and sisters. A discussion on faith took place. Faith is illumination from the light of intuition, from the light of superconsciousness. It has a foundation in experience - the experience of the past. And superstitions - those are something misunderstood. What is Faith? It is to believe that things are going to happen as God has determined, and they cannot be otherwise. And believing they could happen another way, this is human knowledge. You will put your Faith in the belief that what will happen to you is as planned by the Rational. Faith is reliance on the Rational, which lies in the foundation of the entire Nature. This is not fatalism. We see that things do not always happen as we think, but they always turn out better than we think. First you become disappointed, but later you see that things have turned out better than you thought. You can believe only in the Divine - this is to believe in something, which stands higher than you. The Divine mind has surrounded you and thanks to it you live. It is very difficult to achieve this high state - when there is such an Absolute faith in man that he always preserves his interior calm. Faith has three transformers: physical, spiritual and Divine. Faith is an interior connection, which is formed by the law of Love. If you make this connection, you are saved - you will begin to understand life. What we believe in, happens. When a man works with Faith, things are realized. In the Angel world, when I wish for a fountain, it immediately comes to me. I shall place my hand and drink. Aspire to make friends not only on Earth, but also Above, in the Invisible world. If you have friends there you are blissful; if you do not have friends Above, then life is hard. A man must have Faith, he must not think that God will provide for him, now that he is praying. The note has been received in the mail, but as you pray, you will find it and you will pull it out. When suffering, man is supported by Rational creatures from the Invisible world. They say: "It is alright!" - They start to console him. At first he always loses heart, but later he is consoled. No one is left disconsolate. Have complete Faith in the Divine Providence, which exists in the world. If you understand the meaning of the great sorrows and joys, great souls you will become. When a great sorrow comes to you, you have to know that behind it comes a great good. No act of man can succeed if he has no help from Above. Eventually, man's actions scatter. Man will plant the seed and God will grow it. A Creature of the Rational world aspired to make the people of Earth rational, so they can use that which is good. There is every condition on Earth, for people to be able to live well, and if they do not live well, it is because they have not understood the laws of the Rational life. You want to arrange your life. It is arranged, but you do not know it. Let's say that your father has left you heritage on Earth, but you do not know it yet and you walk as a poor person. God has provided for you, you only have to study on Earth. All Advanced creatures, which come down, do it with a sacred tremor and with joy. The souls do not come down alone, but collectively. A strong nape must a man have so he can endure on Earth. The Holy Scripture says: "God will go before you and will be your rear guard." If there were no one to help, human life would be hanging by a thread. If the Rational nature did not protect man, he would face thousands of threats every day. If only man knew how many times he has been saved! Faith, Faith is needed. Faith is developed during the trials- then it becomes stronger. You go - you are guided everywhere; wherever you are, you are surrounded by Rational creatures. When someone does evil, there is one Rational power in the world which converts it in good. Everything, whatever happens, in the end will become good from this Rational power - from God. This is the beauty, the Greatness, this is the consolation of the world. What you love, they will give to you. And what you do not love, they will give you that as well. On Earth, what you do not love will be given to you first, and what you love - last. That which a man desires one day will return to him, but if it is not rational, he will suffer. Faith and Hope are the wings of Love. Through Hope we are connected with the physical world, through Faith we are connected with the Spiritual world, and Love itself connects us with the Divine world.

THE STUDENT Today is Sunday. Many friends have come from Sofia specifically for this day. Some have traveled the whole night in order to come on time for the morning lecture at the Praying top. A conversation started at the tent of the Master after the lecture. A person comes to the Earth with certain abilities. They have to be developed through action, the same way we work with instruments -a saw, hammer, chisel, drill; and we add skill. There are situations in the world which are similar to the situation of the young girl preparing for a ball. She puts cream on her face, applies make-up to her eyebrows and her lips, but the important thing does not lie in the exterior clothing and the exterior ordinary conversations she has, but in the mind, in that which she carries on the inside. The herdsman, who we met today, said that he will take the cattle higher. The Invisible world gives us amaterial lesson - it means your astral life has to go higher. If you are stupid and you have a golden coin, does it become stupid too? The smart in the hands of the stupid does not become stupid. And the stupid in the hands of the smart does not become smart. Someone has a golden coin. I ask him: "Are you as it is?" - "I am not". Then I will send you to the one who gave you the coin and I will tell him: "Send me someone who corresponds to the coin he has." A better life than the present one you have not had. If sometimes you think that you are a huge sinner, this is your past. God does not think about the past, this is the human world; people can talk about the past. Some say: "When we entered this path, how diligent we were, how much we prayed!" I say: "They are in the human world." You have to say the following: "Once, when we entered the spiritual path, we used to pray very little, but now we pray a lot. Back then we used to study less, and now we study a lot." You will walk as if you were ordinary, but you will think as if you were extraordinary. You will dress modestly, but on the inside you will be rich. Good people have to work in a way that no one would know them. On the outside they have to be ordinary, but on the inside they have to be extraordinary. Do not expose your valuables, do not show them! The order you have in your soul has to stay for you; do not reveal your whole fountain - let them see the water through the stream. Let there be something secret in your soul - they do not have to know everything, only God knows everything. While you are in the school, you have a concern - to learn well. When you finish, you have another concern - where to apply the knowledge. When you are in the cocoon, God works in you; you will wait until He has done His job. When you compare the silkworm and the cocoon with the human life, the idea becomes clear. Once, when in the Egyptian pyramids an initiation was taking place, one of the great adepts put a student through a trial, but he got confused, he could not solve his task and he said to himself: "I will hit my head against the wall"; and when he hit it, the wall opened. When your greatest trial comes, stay true and if you pass it, you will enter in the new circumstances. You are not on the hard path yet. Someone says that he has suffered a lot. Blood has not yet come out of your pores. You have not eaten enough or your cloths are not so pretty, or your house is not so nice; you have not yet come to the actual trials. A student in the Divine school has to be strong, to endure sorrow. You say: "I am very happy today", but can you hold on to this happiness? If you lose it tomorrow, you have no knowledge. For the esoteric studies few are ready. The reason for not teaching many the higher knowledge is that some would abuse it for their own purposes. Because of that, experienced souls have to be selected, which would not abuse such high Truths. The organism of the student has to adapt to the new vibrations. This can happen through the harmonization of thoughts, feelings and actions with all good people on Earth, whose mind is awake; they help with achieving harmonization with God, with Heaven, with everything living - this adapts the organism to the higher vibrations and experiences and then there are circumstances for the Advanced creatures to help. Have strong thought. Have purity in thoughts, words and actions. Let there be no falseness. I want you to become as pure as these lakes, to become as beautiful as these places. And I want every one of you to build an inner water fountain, as beautiful as the one we made; and at the end of your lives to stay young. When you come closer to the outer limit of your life on earth, have the will to still learn, and even when you are dying, have the will to lift your hand in help of another, and not tell him: "I am going to God. With this I will not bother." Now you are closer to God's Kingdom, then before. You still are without wings, you are not angels, but you are already at the door. Today you are in God's Kingdom. When a man enters the Spiritual world, all his thoughts and feelings are realized. They are very strong, so he has to be very careful. The Spiritual schools in the world are many, but most of them are as they have always been. The new is yet to be organized. Christ says: "My sheep listen to My voice". In this hearing and understanding of Christ's Love lies the power to realize the tasks of the human soul - so it can develop the necessary qualities, which are useful for the next, more extensive life to come. You cannot be a student, until you open your bag and start giving. The bag is the heart. A school has three classes. You are in one class - in the physical world. There is one more class in the Astral world and one in the Mental. In order to have an excellent mark as a student you need two things: the Master to love you and you to love him; also he has to be very knowledgeable and you have to be very capable. The connection between Master and student is Love. When this combination exists, you will have an excellent mark. You could not feel anything but Love towards a capable student. He predisposes you towards love him. The Maser has a connection with the student when the latter understands the teaching and applies it. Then the Master is joyful. First of all you have to learn the language of the Divine world. This is how a man gets prepared for that: first, there has to be no contradictions in his mind, his heart, his actions, his will; when he eliminates these contradictions, only then the things from the Real world will be revealed to him, but how would they be revealed is another question. The Divine knowledge is knowledge, experience, to which the Advanced creatures have come over long periods of time. The descent of the Holy Spirit is the help which man receives from the Divine world. Because in order to work well man needs collaboration from Above. When man is ready, an Advanced creature comes to him, works and manifests himself through him. This is what is beautiful. Then his actions are productive. The Spirit comes periodically. Christ has said: "Seek Me, while I am near", because if He walks away, you will wait for Him a long time. There is something greater than the abilities. This is the meaning of Christ's words: "So what if you win the whole world, but you lose your soul?" When you make the inner connection, they will grant you entrance to the temple. When you find your soul, you will feel an unspoken joy. You have been in Heaven, but you have forgotten. When the Divine Spirit comes, you will begin the path of the Great Divine knowledge and the eyes of all of you will open. God will open your minds, so you understand this Divine book, and with every page you will read the great words. In every leaf, in every twig of the trees, in every fly you will read and you will be given the opportunity to understand the great secrets, which you do not understand now. You will pray for God to open your eyes, so you could see all the beauty He has created. When the Divine Spirit comes, you will become beautiful. Then your souls will become bright, joyful and will grow in blessing, as one fruit tree. And you will carry the fruits, from which you will give to your friends. The Divine Spirit necessarily has to descend upon you, because He is a carrier of Divine Truth. Only He can enlighten your minds and hearts. If someone says that without His presence you can acquire any knowledge, any cognition, he does not speak the Truth. You have to be an example for purity, for bright thoughts, sublime feelings and noble actions. People of the new, who see things clearly and know how to help, have to leave the School. Examples for all, examples not on words, but on actions!

THE MASTER This morning the mountain was crystal clear. The fogs had filtered the air and now were lying as a silver sea low in the valleys. The light was adorning the upper world; it was revealing it in front of us in a new, unique way. The mountaintops were shining pure, bright, festively cloaked. We were sitting with the Master at the hillside heated by the Sun, from which the Lake of Contemplation could be seen. The Master was silent for a long time, then started talking quietly, focused on himself: One is your Master; He is connected with every Master outside of you. There is only one Master in the world - this is God. When we talk about a Master, we think of the Great infinite love, which is expressed in the giving of knowledge, of wisdom, of happiness, of bliss for every creature. That Creature thinks of all the other creatures every day - what form He should give them to improve their existence; He listens to their sorrows. If you do not know the Master in you, you cannot recognize the outer Masters. If you do not know God, Who is in you, you cannot understand the things that surround you. What is the title of Master? You have to know God, and God has to know you. You cannot be a Master until you know God, and God knows you. My thought is the thought of God. Christ says: 'Talk!" - and I talk. I do not do what I want to - What God tells me, that is what I do, there is where I go. And God does everything for me, whatever I want. God tells me to visit someone, to raise someone. For whom have I gathered you here? For the Lord; God has told me to gather you here. He tells me: "That is what you will tell them." You say: "This is how the Master has decided to talk to us." No, I speak what God tells me to. None of you know who I am. No one has known Christ yet either. If you had known Him, you would have His Love. If there were someone, who had the biggest contradictions and hardships, that would be me. I know who I am, but that is irrelevant; for me is important what I have to do to accomplish my mission, the task, which I have here. I can only work, to accomplish what I have as a task. God knows why I have come to this world. I have been sent by God, to show the people the path which they must follow and serve God as they never have before. If you are interested in who I am, that you will learn from God; when you go to Him, you will understand who I am and why I have come. A man who has already learned everything on Earth, God sends to teach the others. When he teaches them what he knows, they feel joy, but he who was sent is also joyful for their joy. You say: "What does our Master think?" I think of how to pass on to you God's Love. I have to let it walk free. The Earth concerns me as much as the Heavens. For me Heaven and hell are here. Whenever I see hell somewhere, I bring in light and I make it Heaven. When you buy a golden bowl, you clean it carefully. I do the same with you. If you want to live, you have to live as I do. The Master is what stands between God and the student, and the student is what stands between the Master and the nation, the world. When I say, that I talk to the students, I do not talk only to you. There are Creatures from greater worlds, which you do not see - I talk to them, and you will understand what you are able to understand. That, which has been said in the past, will happen. And that, which we have yet to say, will happen as well. I can lift the fog - when I tell it to lift, it will lift; when I say: "Come", it will come. For 40 years I have been warning the Bulgarians of what awaits them. What you will learn with me in ten years, you will learn without me in thousands. Who is the Master? Who is Christ? These are questions of the Invisible world. The Invisible world - the world of Truth up there, it will reveal from the inside the Truth of man. He Who speaks throughout the centuries is the same - throughout the ages God is Who manifests Himself to the people. He is one, but the physical forms with which he is manifested are different. Christ had a higher form than the once before Him. Christ says: "As the Father taught me, I speak." And then He says: "No one can come to me unless the Father of mine draws them." Do I know Christ or not? Not only do I know Him, but I live with Him and I speak with Him every day. For us it is not a question of convincing people, but feeding them - to feed these hungry souls. They will say: "Is this food good?" Taste it. If it is good, accept it. For us it is not important for the people to convert, but for the food to be tasted. It is not a question of what I would say about who I am, but what the ones from the Invisible world would say. It is important that that the ones from the Invisible world support what I lecture. Because Christ says: "If I seek My glory, my glory means nothing, but there is someone to seek it."[1] That which I speak firsthand will be certified from somewhere else. I give you wheat, you say: "Is it good?" Plant it and you will see. The Divine Word has the power to grow under any conditions. By that you recognize it - if it has the power to grow under any conditions. Of course, the one who will plant it has to be skilled and has to be a good farmer, but the wheat has to be of good quality. THE MOST EASILY REACHABLE THING A foreign correspondent appeared in our camp. As a tourist he wanted to get familiar with the natural beauties of Bulgaria. He had been to many Bulgarian mountains and now he wanted to stay with us for a few days. He went to the more attractive places in the area; he was present at the Paneurhythmy and at the group lunch. He was present at the Master's lecture at the Praying top, and also at the evening fire. He met with the Master and asked him some questions. The Master told him: All nations have to follow the Divine plan. The world can only rise in harmony with this Divine plan. Question: Are there hell and Haven? Some, even on Earth, live in hell, and others - in Haven. Question: Can the soul live outside the body? It can. Question: Are the clouds an expression of rational creatures? They are as rational as the violin. Through them the Rationality is expressed. Question: Are there rational creatures behind the exterior nature? Yes, there are. Those are the Solar creatures. Question: Have you seen some of the Solar people? I see them constantly. Question: What do they look like? They are showered in light. They do not need a lamp, when they come all of them shines. Question: What is Your opinion on medicine? The major healing factors are the Sun, the air, the water and the food. He said: We travel around in some countries to study the different movements in the world. Movements are difficult to study; you have a very difficult task. Every movement, which bears progressive ideas, has a Divine origin. Not all movements have exposed themselves; they are just beginning to appear. All the movements today have to realize the following: the only reachable thing in the world, which can bring together all the people in the whole world and all the creatures, from the smallest to the biggest, is Love. If people study things from the point of view of Love, they will understand them. If they do not study them this way, they will not understand anything. We do not want to show you the most beautiful side of things; we will show you the smallest side. The most beautiful you will find later.

THE LAWS OF GOOD Sometimes you say to yourself: "I do not feel like doing this, I do not feel like doing that." This way you become petrified. A man has to know what to do -help where it is needed, water this tree, clean this fountain. You walk down a road and you see a rock - pick it up! The picking up of this rock will bring you great happiness. Do not ask: "Why would I pick it up?"; when you pick it up, it will rejoice. The first thing is to work on our ascension and on the environment, in which we are placed, to be in service of everyone. All the people, to whom you have given one pear from your own garden, have become your friends. This is why it is good for your bags to be full of pears. Rich is the one, who is smart, good, capable, talented, beautiful and healthy. Poor is the one, who is devoid of those things. Whoever has them, may he go to those who are devoid of them, and lift them. Of course he will get dirty, but it is ok - when he gets dirty, it will be as if he had planted wheat in the field; it will grow and he will harvest the fruits. An absolute good in the world is for us to be good for everyone. That, which you do for others, you do for God. A good man is he who, even in the worst of conditions, is willing to do God's Will. The law says: a day in which you have not received something good will bring to life something evil in you. If a man does not do good, the evil comes. To feed someone, to give him money - this is not yet Good. Good always comes with Love, Good is the outer side of Love. When you do not love, you do not understand the Good. When you want to do good, the impulse comes from God. You meet a person and you want to do him good. Even if you wanted to, you would not meet him again, so do not miss the opportunity. When you give something, keep in mind that it belongs to God, not to you. When someone is sad, find a way to secretly do him good. When you do good, hide it, so no one can know - this is a great law. Let only God know. That which you have may have been left with you for others. Once, a widow went to John of Kronstadt, and asked him for help. John said: "Lets pray to God and in a week I will see". The next week he was given an envelope with a large amount of money and he gave it to the woman. She said: "They are too much"; John responded: "They have been given for you". Good always wins because God is on its side. In the beginning of the fight evil is stronger, and at the end Good is stronger. He who does evil slowly loses everything, and he who does Good, who loves, becomes stronger, grows and liberates himself. Everyone wants to be strong, but they do not know that first they have to be good. When you do good, it will begin flowing towards you like a fountain. The degree of the good in a man determines the credit, which is granted to him. You meet someone and you do him good. This is a fund, which is invested in the bank for you. This fund will come back to you, it will be given to you -good comes back to the one who made it. If it comes back to you and you are not satisfied, it shows that you have not done it correctly. Good is a requirement for health. Without good a man cannot be healthy. Do not wait to become good, you are born good - why? Because God's life is in you. Every man has to do at least a small favor for his neighbors. Do good, because you are organs of a great cosmic organism.

THE DIVINE AND THE EARTHLY IN MAN A man can never give to another man what he wants; he can become a conductor for the water, but he cannot create it, he cannot produce it - because He Who gives is God. When you give, it is God Who gives through you. While the woman sees God in the man, she is right; when she begins to think that he is everything to her, she is wrong. Someone does you good. In the past you have done him good. When you live well, in the future, you will be helped. When you live for God, He will return you what you give Him. When you enter the Divine school, no cries are allowed, no grief is allowed; you are not allowed to get angry - you will get angry outside. When you enter the School, you will think in another way - you must not know anger, doubt or grief. Every day I am busy with the contradictions - to transform them. When I find a contradiction, I see its good side and when I solve it, I go forward. I never leave a contradiction behind me - when I let it go behind, it creates an ambush. Physical proximity is not always proximity. Proximity resides in the inner understanding.

RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE RATIONAL LIFE It was raining for several days. Fogs covered the mountain tops. Wind, mixed with rain, was whipping the little tents. It was cold wet and. Today the clouds parted, the deep sky showed between them. The fog started crawling up the mountaintops. The air was humid, fortifying. The wet mountain pines produced the smell of resin. The Sun started shining. It was glancing through, between the big clouds, and was hiding back again. The Master came down to the second lake and when we gathered around him, he started talking. Which is the main reason for illnesses? Whatever the thoughts and wishes of the people are, their body ultimately becomes the same. And then, the exterior reason is just something for the predisposition of the organism towards the illness to take advantage of. The heartbeat is the cosmic pulse of electricity; electricity is what makes a heart beat. You must not put brakes on this electric flow. There is one nerve that controls the heart, which comes from the head. If you get scared, if you are worried, this nerve tightens the heart and it beats abnormally, the electric current which passes through the heart flows incorrectly and that disturbs it. The air is a carrier of Divine thoughts; it transmits the Divine thoughts to the brain. A sacred thing is the air. This is why, when man breaths, his mind has to be awake, because this is when the thoughts are perceived. We have come to the lakes, so we can perceive the sacred thoughts through the air. In the low places, where ordinary people and animals live, the air is filled with ordinary thoughts. We have come here to perceive the pure Divine thoughts. For several days the Rational nature gave a storm, winds, so the air would purify, so we would be able to perceive Divine thoughts today. You will be able to use the energies and thoughts of the air, as far as your mind is awake. One brother asked: "What do the white spots on my nails show?" They show demineralization. They show high electric voltage in your nervous system - they are a result of this high voltage through the suffering you have experienced. When the suffering and the pressure stop, these white spots will disappear as well. If a white spot appears on his nails, an illness will appear in the man. The smallest white spot is a sign of a painful condition. When you notice it, immediately take measures: bring a divine idea into yourself, start exercises which include deep breaths, etc. The white spots are warning signs, which have to make a man take measures against the painful condition that is to come. When you see how a man eats, you will understand what kind his love is. When someone hurries with his meals, he is the same with all things, including love. If he does not think while eating, he does not think while working either. Never eat when you do not have inner balance. Eat with thankfulness. When you are not content, there is a process in you, which will affect your blood circulation. Here, in the mountain, you eat less and you are still full, even if there is an abundance of food. If the people are calm, they will be satisfied with less food and will extract a large amount of energy from it. Expose your back to the Sunlight every morning. Stay like this for an hour, between seven and eight o clock. At the sunbaths you will turn to the Sun sometimes your chest, and sometimes your back. Your head will be turned north. You must not expose your head to the Sun, because it will attract the sun power too suddenly and you will not be able to perceive it and use it. It is important that you sweat at the sunbaths, so cover yourselves with white or light green fabric. The sun energies come most intensively before and during sunrise. To all is recommended to go out half an hour before sunrise and perceive the early sun rays. Dawn gives such energy to man, which no other force can give. The clouds do not prevent that; they prevent you from seeing the Sun, but the energies go through them. During this time, think of the most beautiful things you know. Do this experiment for a whole year and you will see that 99 per cent of the time it will be successful. When you raise your mind towards the spiritual, the divine, your face becomes beautiful, but when you go down, with your mind, to a lower surrounding, your face becomes ugly. When a man disturbs his harmony with other people, his face, his fingers, etc. start deforming. Try not to let your face become rough. If it roughens, this shows that your thoughts and feelings are roughening. I wish for your faces to become beautiful in the year to come. We are beautiful when our spirit works. In the new culture the nervous system has to toughen, to become resistant, in order to be in harmony with the Divine world. If you eat well, you will increase your Hope. If you breathe well, you will increase your Faith. If you think well, you will increase your Love.

THROUGH THE SEVEN LAKES One time we were traveling again with our Master around the Seven lakes, and we were passing by the Lake of Purity. There, at the highfields we performed Paneurhythmy, after which we went down to the seventh lake. The Master said: The world is full of scholars, who look like loaded horses. Those are no scholars. For knowledge first you start with a purifying process, otherwise there cannot be any knowledge. For thousands of years people have lived inaccurately and there is a large layering of filth; in these conditions you cannot learn anything. Therefore, first you will start with a purifying process and then you will start with the knowledge. You say: "I got old" and you think that everything is meaningless. This is a lie; this is the shadow of life. If what you do is in accordance with the Truth, it will forever exist. After that, we walked on those bright ridges, showered by the Sun, which lead to the seventh lake, the uppermost, smallest lake, which the Master calls the Head - Shemhaa. Here, when he set on the green fields, next to the quiet waters, the Master said: Love is something absolutely misunderstood. Only he who has tasted it knows it. It cannot be described, but there is something you can recognize it by -for the one you do not love you do not want to do anything; but for the one you do love, you can do everything. This feeling, through which you can do everything, is a manifestation of Love. With Love, you want to learn - then you become strong; if you lose this feeling, you become weak. This happens instantly, it is a contact: if you make contact, you are strong; if you lose contact, you do not have strength. When you lose the smallest balance in Love, you cannot perform any activity. For instance, you feel discomfort towards one of your friends - your activities do not go well. When your heart is full of Love, you are efficient. Everything happens easily with Love. If it disappears, the song disappears and a man says: "I do not feel like doing anything." When a man loses Love, he says: "I do not want anything; neither do I want to meet with people." When we lose our Love, we lose our thoughts, wishes and actions, we become like a dry, dead bone. Now then, it is useful to love. If there is Love in our heart, the sorrows, the misunderstandings, all this will disappear. Before this sacred fire there is no barrier in the world, which would not melt. Emit the bright steam of Divine Love - then you will gain softness. This is a natural means of becoming more beautiful. The Master provided this new motto, which we spoke three times: God is Love. The Divine Love revives. God is Wisdom. The Divine Wisdom sanctifies. God is Truth. The Divine Truth liberates.

THE KEY He who teaches me to do a job the best way possible is God, that which is Real - for instance, to draw well, to sing well. He who teaches me to treat others well is God. When I separate myself from the Good, evil comes. Evil is nothing more than being deprived of Good. Therefore, what is evil? Lack of Good. What is hate? Lack of Love. What is a lie? Lack of Truth. These are empty places, abysses. Hatred and lie are abysses, and Love, Wisdom and Truth are gardens, planted with the most beautiful fruit trees. The main goal of life is for us to learn to think the way God thinks. There is no better thing in the world than God telling you even two words only. Many angels have heard from God only two words and with them they work. Someone says: "My prestige before the people was undermined greatly". Leave that. First try to restore your prestige before God, then before yourselves and then before the people, before the animals, before the ox, the sheep, etc. If you put firstly, as a starting point, the prestige before God, then the others you will do as well. That which comes periodically and gives direction to our live, is the Holy Spirit, which is God. Jesus put Peter through a test, Peter said: "I do not know Him." After he cried, he saw God more clearly than before. And when they tortured him, he saw Him even better. Your strength comes from the fact that God works through you. The power is in Him. Someone asked: "How do you know a man who has been born from God?" He will love you, he will help you, he will be humble, he will have every Divine virtue, and he will try to do you good. A sister said: A man told me: "This Teaching makes you good, but you are very few. And the world does battle, it fights, it lives the old way. There are many bad people." The Master answered: One good man has the value of a thousand bad people. To a sister who was sick and then cured, the Master said: You worked a lot, but you worked outside, now you also have to work inside. Serving God has to be a voluntary act in life. If Love does not come, serving God is impossible. Serve God with thought, Love and willingly. The mind, heart and will are man's three connections to God. You will say that when you put your affairs into order you will serve God. Start serving God now, without looking at your affairs! There is one law: in Divine matters there is no duality, and in those of man there is. The Divine unites mind and heart. Every matter in which there is no duality will be accomplished. What must the goal of your life be? To do God's Will. If you find that key, you have come to the essential, a new thing will be created in you. When you wake up in the morning, say: "God, I'm ready to do anything for You today." You will pray to God and you will work. If you are praying but not working, you will spend many years in prison. There have to be people in the world, who are ready in the name of the Great Love to sacrifice their lives, to forsake the contentment and all wealth for a higher good for mankind. This Teaching requires the entirety of a man. It requires that we serve others, and not for them to serve us. It is beautiful to do a good deed in secrecy, for no one to know. Serving is one of the hardest arts. One student tells and explains to his classmates the lesson, and on the next day they know it. This student gives an example - this is serving. The sufferings of people are situations for God to manifest Himself. You travel to a foreign country; you do not have recommendation letters. You meet a count, who has twisted his ankle. Adjust his ankle - this is already a recommendation letter. You walk with him - he will recommend you. The suffering of someone becomes your recommendation letter. God sends you to this suffering man, to help him, and he will recommend you. Once they served you, and now you will serve - this is the law of Christ. One sister said that she will do something for all of us. The Master said: This sister wants to show you how to serve.

THE DIVINE CONNECTION The one, who opens for us the Great holy book, so we could understand the possibilities of life, this is our Beloved. There is no better state than the one, when you feel God's presence deep into your soul. You are sick; God tells you from the inside: "Do not be scared, in a week you will get better." You want to study, but you do not have means; God tells you from the inside: "Do not be scared, things will get better." You are a musician, and you get discouraged; the Divine tells you from the inside: "Do not be scared, do not get discouraged!" God is Who talks in us, but we must have unrestrained Love. There is One in the world, Who can take part in your life; He is with you in every situation of your life. When a man has Love for God, everything is possible. You have no concept of God's mind, Who trembles with Love and tenderness towards every creature. Every misery in the world starts with the doubt in God. The law of sacrifice is an attribute only of God, because of that in every man who sacrifices himself, God lives, God manifests Himself in him. The only lighter for the rational human soul is to think of God as Love; for you this lighter is a starting point. Man is important only so far as he is a carrier of one Divine idea. The idea of God is for the human soul what the rising Sun is for Earth. When a man has this idea, he can grow and develop. Keep in yourselves a sacred image of God! When a sorrow comes to you, get close to this God, Who does not change! The future is for the good, the educated, the wise, the loving. The whole Earth is for them, it will become their home. The one, who sustains your mind, heart, will and body is God. There is one law: when you recover your relationship with God, you will recover your relationship with all others, because when someone comes to you, you will see God in him. The devil came to one mystic and gave him as a present one rotten wood, and said: "God gives this to you as a present." When the mystic took it, in his hand in became precious. When you live with God, no one can lie to you, fire does not burn you, sorrows do not approach. And when the devil comes to you, he becomes meek, and humble. The Divine comes down periodically to help us by recovering the disturbed harmony. Now we are in such epoch. The only power, which lifts a man, is his connection with the Whole. To everybody I recommend: no doubt or hesitation; no matter what trials may come, do not lose this connection! If you find yourselves with some big sorrow, do not say that God has forgotten you. The Divine connection is a key to every secret.

INNER PEACE Once when we were finishing cleaning up our camp near the second lake, we gathered around the Master and he said: The mistakes are a result of atavistic beliefs. Sometimes a man, in certain periods of his life, experiences whole cultures of past generations. You have to discover what your own quality is; you have to find that one feature, which distinguishes you from other people. A man exists as a single monad and as a collective monad. One day you experience one of your past lives, which had been impure, and you are discontent and disheartened; this is a flow that can wash you away, this is the situation of a man who enters into a swamp. Leave this path; be in the position of the one going up, not of the one going down! Every bad thought embitters the mind of God inside a man. A man must say: "God has let me live so I will not cast a shadow over the mind of God. Learn to see yourselves objectively, without any fear. When you look at yourselves, admit the facts as they are. You have made a mistake - admit it, do not be sorry! Let a deep desire to fix it be born in you. For instance, you have broken someone's bottle - you will buy a better one. Do not be sorry! When I break someone's jug, why would I make excuses? I will bring him another jug and this way I fix things. A man has to fix mistakes. There are mistakes which cannot be fixed, then God has to fix them - He will fix them and we will pay. You say: "Nothing good can come out of me"; no, no, exactly now it will, because when the old one starts fulfilling Gods Will, he will become younger, and when the young one stops fulfilling Gods Will, he will grow old. Fulfill Gods Will and as you do it, no one has to know - this way an inner peace will be created.

FLOW IN AND FLOW OUT The tent of the Master is located on a small grassy field above the Second Lake. It is sheltered next to the mountain pines, which surround the field. The lake valley can be seen from here. The powerful outline of the mountain ridge embraces the horizon. Beautiful peace reigns here at dusk. The sun descends towards the large peak Kabul, which has the outline of a pyramid. The shadows are already slipping into the lowlands. The song of theflowing waters comes from the lake valley; the sound rises and weakens, as if invisible doors were being opened and closed. The Master sits in a light cane chair. There are fruits on the small table in front of him. Here we have spent unforgettable hours talking with him. Once he said: Today, people have only come to an automatic understanding of life. Be joyful, we live in a rational world. It all talks - the light talks and the air talks. If you listen to a foreign language, but you do not understand it, you say: "What an unfamiliar noise!" It is the same with Nature - when you do not know its language, you here only noise, but this is a language. You suffer, because your vibrations are weak; raise your vibrations and you will not suffer. The suffering resembles a fighter, who has knocked you down, but you rise again and you knock the fighter down. Some other suffering comes and knocks you back down - this is how it is, until you finally become strong and the sufferings cannot play with you anymore. Someone wants do you harm, but evil always becomes good. Someone comes and burns down your house, but later you build better house. Others come, they burn this house down as well, but you rebuild it again, even better than the last one. Then those people, when they learn that their evil becomes good, will never do this to you again. After the suffering comes double, triple good. There is no suffering, which is not rewarded, and there is no joy, which is not appreciated. Life is something, in which a man progresses; a man progresses even in the worst life. A new body is being created now. The old body will give its place to the new one and our new feelings and abilities will be put in it. In some, it is still in its beginning, and in others is one month old. The flesh is a body, where the spirit lives temporarily, and our spiritual body is a body of Eternity. The body we have is a wonderful creation - it is a model for the future body. The organizing of the spiritual body is done by the following methods: through Love, through serving God and through prayer. How do you know if the spiritual body of a man is organized? If he does not lose his balance at some contradictions in life. You are all clogged like some lakes. Now I want you to flow out - what flows in has to flow out. You stop and say: "How can I understand what you are saying?" You will flow out to understand. Like they gave you, the same way you will give to the others; if you have taken, you can give. When you say that you cannot give, you do not speak the truth - then you should not have taken; if you are capable of taking, you are capable of giving too. When you finish a job, when God speaks to you, then you are the strongest; and when you finish it after a year, then you are weak - your work will look like dry bread, and the perfect bread is the fresh one, which is taken out of the furnace. Someone says: "We are not good people." Nobody has the right to rule on whether people are good or not. In the world only God has the right to rule on the actions. One thinks that he is better than the others, and another thinks that he is better than the others; everybody has a notion of themselves but has no notion of the others. You have to be grateful and to wait. A day will come, when things will become clear to you and you will begin to see them. Apply the law of analogy: if a mother takes out her child from her womb on the first month, it will look nothing like it should; on the second month - the same; after several months it might look like a fish. It has to wait for the ninth month. We too have to wait for things to be born in us and then we will see them as we should. The whole philosophy is: you will wait, with a lot of patience you will wait. If people were precise in fulfilling God's will, God's Kingdom would have come. How would God's Kingdom come? When we start fulfilling God's Will like the military - they say: "Go!" and you go; they say: "Come!" and you come.

NATURE IS ALIVE AND RATIONAL Nature is alive and rational. When you are surrounded by it, you will perceive an idea, with which you will return; this will give meaning to your coming here. However, first you must give up all your old preconceptions. In the future every minister, every governor, every politician will have to first climb the highest mountaintop and then begin doing the job. Nature uses every action; there is nothing that has not been used. The Holy Scripture says: "Everything that can be used, God turns into good." This is similar to the following: if you draw random lines on a blackboard, the painter will make a painting out of them; this way whatever you do, Providence will use your doing - it will be an element of some good as if you had worked for it. Now God has opened up a path for us to come here. If it were not for Him, the rocks, the energies would have prevented us from coming; our path would have been closed. Work with the Divine is always pleasant. When you work on something and it is pleasant for you, it is Divine, and when you are unfulfilled, it is human. When you are unfulfilled, God will tell you: "Enough". Today the wind pushes the tents in all directions. This is a practical lesson for you - are you not a tent? When the winds of life push you, you have to resist.

THE ENERGIES OF THE MOUNTAIN - PRACTICAL RULES We were gathered around the Master. On his hair, on his beard, on his cloths there were countless little water drops. He was looking at them without touching them and he smiled at them as if to a friend. This image resembled something from the first days of creation. When we were all gathered, the Master started talking. Man has a perfect barometer for the weather. For instance, if your neck, your knee or your waist is hurting, this shows what the weather will be: whether there will be hail, rain, snow, wind. Afterwards, by this you can find out the different flows. Few can have this delicate instrument; it costs a lot to maintain. Nervous people are very sensitive - they feel the moister, the depression which exists and they are indisposed. When the nervous one is indisposed the weather will change. When such a man is angry, we should not judge him - there is depression inside; he shows that the weather outside will be the same. The same goes for when he is happy; this shows that the weather will be good. The interesting thing is that sometimes when you are watching the weather at dawn, the sky can be clear, but if there is change ahead, even if there are no clouds, you can recognize the depression if you are sensitive. There are other signs. Let's say it is warm, but at night you feel that your toes are cold. It is not cold, it is warm, but you feel cold on your toes - this shows that the weather will worsen. On the opposite - it is minus 20 degrees, but when you go to bed at night, if you are sensitive, you feel warmth in your toes; this shows that the weather will improve. The feet are very sensitive, this is why a man must walk barefooted for a while, to perceive the flows which come from the Earth, but not for long, so his feet will not get rough. In order to be in a normal state, a man should warm his feet. At a humid place you should not walk barefooted, only on a dry grass or on hot rocks. Where the rocks have sharp edges, you should wear shoes. The appearance of pricking in the shoulders, in the back, in the legs and so on is associated with meteorological changes. This means bad weather changes and it is possible to know the exact type of change depending on which organ hurts. The toothache is related to sudden weather changes. A man influences the weather to a certain point with his thoughts. Some thoughts of a multitude of people can cause a depression. If ten million people have the same type of thoughts, they are like a dynamo; they work as a powerful force. The first thing is to follow the laws of health. When a man loses his health, his achievements are small. One of the rules here is: you will eat everything, before the Sun has set; after it sets, do not eat. Water you can drink, but when the Sun sets, no eating. Stay hungry, it is preferable. The mountain wants you to be well dressed. It says: "I do not want naked man here with me. The naked ones down, the dressed can come." The mountain requires first for you not to lose your normal body temperature. A man must be well dressed, especially in the morning and at night. Then his feet must be warm. He must have wool socks. If you have a cough here, use a potion of blue gentian. When you catch a cold, drink 4-5 glasses of hot water. The hot water is like a remedy for not losing the balance of the internal warmth. When the organism cannot produce enough warmth for itself, it needs to get the necessary warmth from the hot water, so the balance is repaired. When you sweat you have to change your cloths. The ones with asthma have to climb heights. If the one with asthma climbs two times a day, he will be cured of the asthma. The ones with asthma have to climb this hill several times a day. The mountain affects the liver as well. Not only does the mountain energize the nervous system, but it affects the liverfavorably; it eliminates the bad mood and improves the frame of mind. Here you have to apply the exercises for deep breathing. The Anglo-Saxon nations, which took the Indian methods of breathing, have faced serious difficulties. These methods had a catastrophic effect on those who applied them. They are inapplicable for the western culture. The Hindu have practiced it for centuries and this is why for them is easy to apply them. For the Europeans, which have practiced it only for 10 years, they are difficult. In the mountain you should not walk fast. At the steeps you should stop and rest every 100 meters; while you are resting you will gain energy. For each kilometer you should stop for 30 seconds 10 times- 5 minutes in total. At the highest places you should walk slowly - a man has to adjust to the acting powers there, otherwise they will counteract and you will waste your energies for nothing. Go forward with your right leg. When you leave for a mountaintop, put in your mind the thought that you will climb that top, but never say how long it will take you. When a man goes for a hike, it is better not to come back the same way, but to make a circle. If he passes through the same path, it is not a problem, but it is better to circle around. Let's go back to the energies of the mountains. The rock heals. Let's sit at noon on a rock, which is lit up by the Sun, it acts healingly - there is no better heating pad. The rocks consume the warmth, they transform it and when you sit on them they give you this energy. When the rock is cold, it drags the heat out of you and harms you. You should choose those places upon which the Sun has acted. It is good now to use the magnetic rocks; they are the ones facing east and south - generally at the Sun. They have to be round, not to be cracked or sharp. If we want to use the energies of the rocks we have to choose such rocks, the cohesion of which is very strong. But the mountain has another, deeper meaning - when a man climbs the highest mountaintops, an exchange with the powers of Nature takes place; he goes up in the mountain to be nourished spiritually. The more awake his mind is the more intense and complete his exchange with the mountain is. When he reaches this stage -creating the right connection with the Rational creatures, then he will be at the stage of making the right connection even with the smaller creatures, he will be ready to make way for an ant. The peaks of the mountains are stations, which receive energies from higher plains and direct them to different places in the world; in other words - these mountaintops are transformers of cosmic energies, which come to the Earth. When you walk here, be thankful. Every place here is a place of gathering for a specific energy. One brother said: "The days, which we spend here, are days of rest." The Master answered: by rest you should mean the perception of things. Climbing the mountain is very important - there are hidden energies and riches in it. When we go to Sofia and think of here, some energy will flow from here to Sofia, it will form a current. Every place in the mountain has a specific aura and if we sit and clarify a specific question in this place, the thoughts which will come to us cannot do so anywhere else.

THE ADVANCED CREATURES The waters of the inland lake of The Twins were lying quietly beneath us - dark, deep, still, only along the opposite shore slight glares of lights were dancing. In the common rigid stillness, they vibrated in a strange lively joyful rhythm. Mighty cliffs surround the lake from all sides. They rise from the very shore straight upward - stout, cold, rigorous. Above, they encircle a piece of the sky - dark, azure; such a sky can hardly be seen elsewhere. Sacred silence fills the cirque. We were sitting around our beloved Master on the large rock, covered with juniper, and silently opened our souls for the taciturn beauty. The Master was silentfor a long time. Finally, he began talking, but his words did not disturb the sacred silence - they only translated it into the spoken language of the humans. Todays' beautiful day is an expression of the life of those Advanced creatures, which now participate together with us. They are present, their hearts are open and they send their blessing. We meet with those who have arranged a meeting - the saints and the angels are meeting today, and we are present at their meeting. Today all these Creatures are gathering around us. The life of one angel is more interesting, than the life of all mankind. The angels are a group - as one angel works, behind him the other angels work. One angel is like a messenger and interpreter of a group of angels, who think of him and work through him. When a man sees an angel who does not speak, he sees its reflection - the actual Creature in this case is behind him. It is said: "God is your rear guard." The light in the whole Solar system is due to the angels. One of their duties is to take care of the rest of the kingdoms of nature. The Advanced creatures have walked your path, they have gone through the worst suffering, they are powerful and they are always ready to help you. When the perfect people accomplish something, they go back to the ones who did not, and they help them accomplish it. All discoveries have always been accomplished with the help of the Creatures from the Invisible world. They teach people Above and when they learn, on Earth it is called a discovery. When a human learns Above, they send him to teach the other people on Earth. All languages are dialects of the celestial angelic language. In order to get in contact with the Advanced creatures, man has to think of them, of their mind. Our moral is personal, but their moral is shared. We seek our own welfare, but they seek a collective one. In the moral of todays' society there is no order - for instance, someone kills a man and the country punishes him, but when he kills in times of war, he is rewarded. In the angel world it is not like that. It is good for a man to think of the Advanced creatures, about their ideas, about their intelligence, about their purity, and when he thinks, to feel love for them. If he has love for them, they will reveal themselves for him. The early morning hours, before dawn, are the most favorable for that. It is better for a man not to pray in his tent, but to go out. It must be known that he who has not come in contact with God cannot come in contact with anyone. He who wants to meet the Advanced creatures, has to go through a discipline of self-mastery of his feelings, thoughts and actions, but by the law of freedom. You need deepness in understanding. A man has to serve God; he has to fulfill Gods will absolutely - not automatically, but rationally: to know that that which God designs is the most perfect and the most beautiful. Nobody can do something more perfect than what God does - with that though a man can serve God, without it he cannot. The ancient Kabbalah used to be mathematics. The mathematic truths have to come to life in man. If his mind awakens suddenly, it is dangerous, which is why the human nervous system has to adapt slowly. If a man enters the Spiritual world with his present body, he will melt completely, he could not endure it; the body is not able to endure those intensive vibrations. These sentences, which we give in the lectures, cannot be found elsewhere. The key to occultism is lost and the keys to the sacred Truths are lost. Jesus has taken the keys of hell, the keys of dark magic are being held by Christ. In the religious people there is a spiritual pride, in the occultists there is occult pride, the mystics have mystic pride. For man to overcome pride is one of the greatest difficulties. Sin is left in such a form; you have to find it and free yourself of it, so it does not trip you in the future. There are not many seers. If someone sees the forms of the Astral world, this is a sight slightly further than the usual, but the communication with the Spiritual world is a conscious ascension of the soul. A man has to grow spiritually.

GRATITUDE Today, when we came back from the Praying top, we danced Paneurhythmy by the second lake. After breakfast we did the following exercise: we stood around the lake with some distance between us, we took off our shoes and we stepped a little into the water. We washed our hands, face and head, after that we scooped water with both our hands and we splashed in front of us. We came out of the water lively and refreshed. The Master said: kids can do this exercise in school. If there is no lake, a clear river or a spring can be used. The water works mitigating - it calms down, brings softness. It works very healthily on the nerves - drenching with water acts therapeutically on the nervous system, but it has to be done with warm water. The people from villages where you can find a lot of water differ from the people from villages with less water. On the physical plane there are two powerful elements - water and bread. Another element is air; it has a certain relationship with the nervous system. The forth element is the light; it is related to thought. The bread, the water and the air are condensed energy, or to be more specific, they are condensed light, and the light is condensed Divine thought. Light has to be consumed the same way as the bread -you have to chew bread and you also have to chew light. What does it mean to chew the light? It means to accept it with your mind, with the participation of the consciousness, in order to perceive the Divine thought which is in it - only then will enlightenment come. When he perceives light, a man must be aware that it is a condensed Divine thought. When you step into the water, be thankful. When you step out, be thankful again. When you breathe, be thankful. Whatever you do, be thankful. We have to perceive Love through our heart, which is where its place is.

LOVE IS A WAY OF KNOWING GOD At the upper end of Lake Elbur there is a water fountain which we call "The hands which give". The water spray is crystal clear. It flaws out of two hands carved in stone. The fountain has the form of a reclining anchor. It is built of white milky quartz, the pieces are carefully selected and arranged, and some of them are brought from too far away. The water springs from the foothill of a huge rock; from there it flows in an open water course to the very hands - this way it is exposed to the sun rays. The water course is paved and surrounded with white stones. The whole fountain reflects the Master's and the students' bright love of the springs. There is an anchor and an inscription engraved on the rock above the spring, given by the Master: Brothers and sisters, mothers and fathers, masters and students, servants and rulers - all of you, servants of Life, open your hearts for the Good and be like this spring! Once, a sister asked the Master: "Why is it that one feels comfort and pleasantness around the spring?" The Master said: one receives something from the spring which acts revitalizing. Another time, God's Love of us and our love of Him were brought into question. The Master explained: you expect to become saints in order for God to love you. God loves you no matter the circumstances you are in, but His attitude towards the good, clever people is one, and towards bad people - another. The external relations differ, but the internal relations of God to all the people and to all the creatures are the same. There is one quality in God - during thousands of millions of years people make mistakes, but He has not hesitated about His Love; He knows what the end will be. Our mistake is that we look for Love somewhere. But there is no place without Love, all creatures live in it and draw from its sources. Wherever there is intelligent life, there is Love; where there is no intelligent life, there is Love too, but it does not manifest. God is Love. He manifests in all Being. If you search for Love you will find it in the whole Universe - it manifests through the food, the water, the light and through all creatures. Love is a cosmic power, which moves everything in the world - all the planets, all the suns. Out of the spring of Love for millions of years all worlds will originate. The Rational Nature is always favorable towards all creatures on the face of the Earth. Consider that the whole Nature is the Love of God - it is an environment in which man lives. What water is for fish, Love is for man - he lives surrounded by Love and nothing has the power to separate him from it. Some people think that they can live outside the Love; it is unthinkable - if they go outside of it, they will suffocate. All abnormalities, incongruities come from the fact that a man leaves Gods surroundings of Love. When he leaves them, the sufferings begin. The duration of your life, your happiness and education depend on these surroundings of Love. Sometimes you say: "I do not need Love" - this is when you are in conflict with your nature. You will put in your mind the thought of living in the Love and you have to fulfill its great laws. The unlimited Love gets you through all hardships so it can make you perfect. The only One Who loves you and does not see evil in you is God. Love is from God, but the way people manifest it is from them. When you talk with Love, you talk with God. A man wants everyone to love him, but that is an idea of the Divine world. Someone wants many people to love him - that is in the Angel world; and when he wants only one to love him, that is in the human world. Everyone wants to be loved - that is Divine, Love is an internal desire of the human soul and we search for it everywhere. Every one embitters when people do not love them. When they do not understand Love, they search for it where they will not find it. The soul has one concept of Heaven - that there they have treated it nobly, but here on Earth they do not treat it so. What is Love? A world in which the Divine Spirit lives. The greatest, the most sublime world is Love and when it is said: "God is Love", we think of the Essence from Which everything has originated. In order to love someone, first you have to love God. A man is born on Earth in order to love God; if you achieve that, everything else is achievable. This is the conception of that great internal experience. While your Love for the temporary transient things is stronger than your Love for God, you will always be in the temporary transient life, and you will never achieve what you want. The moment your Love for God is stronger than your desires, you are already in the area of immortality. Someone loves you. It is important for you that your Love for God be stronger than your love for this someone. If you have Love for God, everything will work out for you. The Love for God is an internal mystic experience. The magical power of this experience is manifested when a man directs his mind and heart towards God without any hesitation or doubt. Then, you will understand the meaning of life - the meaning of life stands in the Love for God. I call a real person the one who has loved God. Even if he goes to hell, he will always be joyful and happy. The moment he has defined himself and has loved God, defines him as a person. Someone asks: "Do you love me?" I will tell him: if you want to know if I love you, you have to know if I love God. If I love God, than I love you too - the Love for God gives birth to love for all the creatures. Think that the Divine Spirit lives in everyone and that you are all Divine. Work with Love as a great wave, which acts in the world, and then you will have Divine benevolence. In our soul there is a place for everyone, for every living creature there is one sacred place. The one who has Great Love in him enjoys the little things. When a small butterfly or a small fly comes, we will caress it and tell it to fly around in our garden. Love the little firebug, which is crawling on you. To love in a Divine way means that you have to be in connection with every soul - all of them to love you and you to love them. The welfare of one soul is the welfare of all souls and the welfare of all souls is the welfare of one soul. We die because we do not love God. If we love God, death is out of the question. When we love God, death cannot kill us, because we are with the Strong. When someone loves one, two or several people this is a school to start loving everyone. We will love everyone, but to everyone we will give just as much as they need. This means that Love is the same, but we will love people in a different way. Someone asked: "How can I love everyone?" The Master looked at the bright calmness all around, looked at us and said: when you look at everyone you do not touch them, but you receive something from them and you give something. You can see all those things because the sunlight is reflected by them. The same way the Divine Love is reflected in all the creatures and comes to you; and you will love God, Who is reflected in everyone, you will love God, Who manifests through them. The sun will become comprehensible to you through all those objects, by which it is reflected - This way God will become comprehensible for you through all the people and creatures. Then, the whole world will be open in front of you, you will feel the meaning of things, you will understand God, as angels understand Him, you will have great knowledge of the angels and then you will also be angels. The grand rule is: to have love for everything, which God has created. You love someone, but as you love them, this love should be passed on to everyone. It is not that it is bad to love one more than others - Jesus loved John more than the others too. To love - this is a great knowledge. Now the law of the physical plane is: with the people who are closest to us we have closer relations, we can help them, but others we cannot help on the outside - because they are far away there is no chance of that. Understand the mystic side of things: to realize that we love God and that God loves us, whoever His Love goes through, whatever clothing it manifests through. When the Divine way of understanding comes, we will have the full enlightenment of the mind, so we can understand things. What you love in someone is the internal, invisible, and it is, in fact, what is real. The important thing is whether you can love in another that which you cannot see, their true self - their soul, the Divine. To love someone means to find in them the good, which is hidden from everyone around, and if you find it, to be happy and to thank God that with Love you found it. Love grows in a man only in contiguity with God. With your first contact with Him, Love will shine in your soul as a fait accompli and the whole area will be blessed by this contact. It will bring in you a new stimulus, you will understand the world as you have never understood it before, and you will start living in another way. Someone says: "We already acquired the Teaching." You have not yet acquired Love, you have not acquired the special contiguity with God; you do not know Him yet. This contiguity you will acquire maybe in 40­50 years of work and then you will have the state of an angel. You can become an angel in one day or in millions of years - depends on your work. The Love we feel is the Love of God, but it is partially reflected, because we are not in a condition to fully perceive it. God loves through us. All of you want to be loved - by whom? By God. Love does not come from me, neither does it from you - it passes through us. God is Love and the world of Love is endless. To know it, it has to manifest through us, i.e. in the finite world. The Holy Scripture says: "The desire is from God." When a yearning comes to you, a desire for something sublime, Divine, it is introduced by God. Enjoy the Love, no matter through whom it is manifested, because Love is indivisible. Anyone's Love is your Love as well. When we understand the unity of Love, its indivisibility, peace arouses in our souls. But when we do not understand this idea, we have worries, concerns. Love is a quality only of God; only God is He Who loves. Our love is a reflection of Divine Love. Become conductors of new Love, which now comes into the world. When one becomes a perfect conductor of the Divine Love is when he becomes one with God. The better conductor of the Divine Love you are, the better - your dignity depends on that. When a man comes to you, he has to be grateful that you have transmitted the Divine Love to him just as it is. An action towards any man is an action towards God. To love someone, there has to be a reason for it, there has to be something to love in him. When you approach a soul, you have to approach it with sacred trepidation; you have to feel that it has come from God and not tempt it. And when you look at it, there has to be no dishonesty in your eyes. When you meet someone, whoever it may be, you will face yourself and say: "God, help me to show myself the same way You do!" When you go to a friend, he has to feel your love. When you see a brother, you have to feel a trembling sensation, as if you were facing God. It is good to love a someone - this means to find a virtue, which is hiding in him from eternity: to find the Truth which lives in him, the Wisdom which lives in him, the Love which lives in him, or in other words, to see God in people. When you love someone you will say: "I love God." God says: "Love thy neighbor for I live in him. In him you will love Me." When you see a fly you will love it because God lives in it too. You have to love God in everything; this is the mind of a saint, of a genius. In your mind, you will think of the one you love as a deity - this means you see him as a soul. What do you understand by those words - To love each other? To love each other means to explore ourselves. To love a man, this means to read from the book of his life, to browse through it every day. You will open this book, you will read from it, you will meditate on its contents and the more you read, the better you will understand it. Every day you will find something new in it, something sacred. If you want to understand a man you have to understand the language of the book in which his life is written. When you finish reading it your heart will burst into flames and it will burn - this is the sacred fire of which the Holy Scripture speaks. If the heart does not burn, it produces smoke, soot; this shows that a man cannot read the book of his neighbor. The one who loves you becomes an altar of the sacred fire of Love and in its light you can read the Sacred book. The flower, the man, and every creature feel joy when you read from the sacred book of their soul in which God has written. When you go to a man, call upon God in him and speak to Him. After that, speak to the man. You can love a man for his gifts, for his knowledge, etc. This is not love for the real man; the Divine Love is Love for the actual person. The task of every man is to get to the internal, mystic side of Love. Why should I love any of you? A book is loved only for the good that is written in it. For those beautiful things, which God has written in us, in our mind, heart, soul and spirit, for those people will love us. When they come and read us, only then will they love us. God can be known only through Love. God is reachable only through Love. You cannot know a man until you love him. Knowing someone is not a single act, it is a constant process. To know God - this does not happen only in one moment, but in a whole eternity. Also, to know a man in the Love, you need a whole eternity. Do not think it is easy to know a man. We are gathered here so we can get to know each other, because we still do not know each other. To know someone - this is life eternal. The Holy Scripture says: "To know God - this is a life eternal." - Because, when we get to know God and God gets to know us, He will always live in us. If we drop the curtains, no Sun will come in the room. The curtains are our negative thought and unnatural desires - then the Divine sun cannot come in us.

THE MOUNTAIN It was one of those bright days in the mountain, one of the few during the year; for us these are the days to celebrate Nature. On a day like this we were sitting with our beloved Master up at the Peak of the Contemplation. In front of us a view was revealed, so mighty and sublime that it took the breath away. The mountain ridge Rupite stood out in the transparent air with its peculiar unreachable crests. Today they looked bigger and closer than ever. Behind them you could see the Musala, and in the far distance the numerous mountaintops of the Rhodope were fading. We were sitting around the Master on one of the small grassy fields and we were contemplating the mountain world. Many questions were emerging in our souls and silently they were waiting for an answer. When he pointed at the wondrous view, the Master said: All these shapes are created by other Creatures and now you are the ones who benefit from it. They were worked on for millions of years. This is for those who understand. God has put every stone where it belongs. The building of these mountains by Rational creatures is a whole story. What rationality is hiding now in this closed book! When he comes to Earth, man has to be focused and has to know that everything is in accordance with natural laws. He has to take everything into account, but must not worry. The ones who have built this place were building for the rational people. When someone writes a book, he does not write it for the stupid, but for the smart. The wind blows for you, the rivers flow for you, the Sun shines for you. The Earth is built by Creatures, who had completed their evolution and as a final assignment they were given the creation of the Earth, as they were given all the materials too. In all the forms, which are made, they have put in their ideas, their thoughts, and that is why we feel a particular pleasantness when we are surrounded by Nature. When we are in contact with the rocks, the flowers, the lakes, we connect with the Advanced creatures and with their ideas. The Earth has not completed its development. These flawless Creatures are now working on it, and will work more on its construction. Our task for the future will be to continue their work, for we are following in their footsteps. How many workers are here - billions of workers come here, who are working even now; they have built the lakes. The Rupi are unapproachable, there live Sublime and Advanced creatures. One may think that when you go to the Rupi you can eat and drink and have ordinary thoughts. These places are for the ones who think of God. At today's conversation at the Praying top there were a lot of friends from the Invisible world. They came to you and you did not recognize them. The Creatures who live here have their own centers; almost no man has ever been there. Here there are places where angels are standing; those places are invisible, they cannot be photographed, they are etheric. Those centers stay unknown; they are connected to other superior centers. In Bulgaria you can bring in culture because the land assists. In Egypt, to bring in culture, they had to build the Pyramids - on them lays the culture of Egypt. As the Egyptians did not have high places, they created them, so they could have transformers of the cosmic energies that come to the Earth from the Universe. The mountaintops perceive the cosmic energies that come to the Earth; they transform them and spread them everywhere. There are specific places, where you can acquire specific energies. Every part of the mountain is connected to one rational power in Nature and when you climb one high mountaintop, you will connect with the rational in it. When you climb such a peak, think of what its service is, of what its purpose is. And the lake has a purpose, however small it may be. Musala is the head, the Rupi are the liver, and the Seven Rila Lakes correspond to the heart. As I look at these rocks, I read how people lived in the past epochs. What curious stories, what religious adventures took place here, what adepts have crossed these places! This massif between Olympus, Shar and Rila used to be big - it used to be over ten thousand meters high. This whole massif used to be Olympus - place of the gods. Musala used to be 7-8 thousand meters high. Musala is the place where there are no sediments, which means it was never under the sea. Once, here in the Balkans, there used to be a tropical climate. The Rila-Rhodopean massif used to be the center of the Rational powers, which would work; it used to be a pillar of their construction activity. Here, there used to be a settlement of the Universal White Brotherhood from ancient times. Some mountains are lowering and in thousands of years will become plains, fields, and in their place new mountains will arise. The old mountains will become fields and the old fields will become mountains. The soil which is under water will come out. Now, a new continent is being prepared for the new race. In time, this lowering will stop and rising will begin again.

CONVERSATIONS WITH THE MASTER The Word and the life of our beloved Master were one.Around the Master it was always bright, warm, sunny, andyou could never feel stillness. Around him there was alwaysthis serene light movement like at the top of a high mountain.Even in those moments of silence, in the bright peace thatembraced Him, you could hear the powerful quiver of theflowing thought, like the quiver of the earliest dawn at eastthat foreshadows the upcoming of the new day. The conversations with the Master took place, ofcourse, at any occasion we were with him: during our trips,during the breaks, during lunch or after that, at meetingswith friends – there were always questions, alive andquivering. They were coming up as if on their own, most ofthe time without even having been asked.
