BREATHING WITH BODY MOVEMENTS


 


The happy combination of breathing and gymnastics gives beautiful and flexible results because it accompanies both actions. It is good when breathing is connected with body movements. These two general rules apply to a11 breathing with body movements:


 


1. When you lift your hands upward, inhale, and when you put them down, exhale.


 


2. When straightening the body, inhale, and when you bend the knee, exhale.


 


There are many exercises for this and here we will recite a few of them.
