Sleep


 


In order to be healthy, one shall know when to go to bed and when to get up. When you go to bed on time, your body will rest, and your spirit will study.


 


The sleep is the physioastral life on the Earth. Eating is just the physical life on the Earth.


 


Work is the mental life on the Earth. Only while sleeping, one gains his energies. Eating is a process, during which energies are put into action, and the work is usage of the already gained energies.


 


A day will come, when people may live without sleep. Sleep is a rest only for those, on whom the rational beings work. In this way their consciousness will raise. In order to come to a higher consciousness, one shall adopt balance between the mind and the heart. When he comes to that balance, the processes in his organism will happen normally.


 


Sleeping has become necessary for people because of a breach of God's laws. The sleep and death are not foreseen.


 


The earliest one goes to bed, the better it is for him Why? Those, who go to bed early, they take in the whole gathered prana, i.e. the vital energy in the atmosphere. Those, who go to bed late, they hardly fall asleep, because there is no enough quantity of prana for their organism Do not go bed later than midnight. In general, 8 p.m, 10 p.m and midnight are the hours determined for going to bed.


 


Contemporary people attract lots of misfortunes, because of lots of sleeping. They do not go to bed on time, when they have to sleep, and they do not get up on time, when they have to get up. Do you know why you cannot sleep? This is very simple. At what time do hens go to bed? They know that when the Sun goes down, there are lots of trains to the other world. The messages for the other world are very good, but later than 10 p.m, 1 lp.m, and midnight, the trains come more rarely and they will have to wait. You cannot go to the other world. You will be awake at the station, you will wait, but when you get on the train that has arrived, it is easy. It will bring you to the other world.


 


Contemporary people must go to bed in the evening at 10 p.m at the latest and get up at 5 a.m in the morning. One, who wants to live healthfully, he shall go to bed and get up early.


 


Evil grows mechanically, and good grows organically. Never leave a bad thought to work in your consciousness.


 


In the evening, before going to bed, review your thoughts and do not leave in your consciousness any bad thought to work, because that bad thought will stop your progress and will do harm to the others, too.


 


Before going to bed, you shall undress and say to yourselves: "God, thank You for the life and for everything that You gave me. Thank You for the eyes, arms, legs, ears, mouth, heart, for everything that You gave me." You shall thank for everything. You shall touch each part of your body and then go to bed. You shall thank for the mouth and tongue, through which you say sweet words. You have a nice brain. Thank for it. You have ears for hearing, and eyes for looking. Thank for everything.


 


If you do not know how to sleep, you will never be able to study spiritually. To sleep means to put your body in such a position that, when your doppelganger comes out, to find your teacher, who will teach you, because knowledge is taught in the upper world, the spiritual one, and not on the Earth. When you go to bed, you shall fall asleep in 5-10 minutes. Sleeping is art - you shall get up in the same way (e.g. on the right side), in which you have fallen asleep. The correct way of sleeping will improve your heart.


 


When you sleep, you go to school in the astral world. What you study in the evening, you apply it during the day. That is why, when you go to bed in the evening, say: "Now I got to the school of the astral world and wish to do a good job, which will be assigned to me there."


 


Sleeping is a process, during which consciousness shall go out from the organism for it to renovate. If the consciousness does not separate, man cannot rest. Sleeping is a rest, renovation, cleaning. When the consciousness goes out, workers come to clean the body. When one comes back, he sees his body cleaned, ready for work. You shall come out and leave your servants in the body fulfill their work. Man comes in the body and goes out and others work for him He even does not know how many these creatures are.


 


When one sleeps, his doppelganger goes out of him and goes to the space. During that time the doppelganger is connected to the body only through a thread. If you wake somebody and startle him, his doppelganger does not manage to go back to his body, as result of which it entangles with other doppelgangers in the space. Contemporary people are ailing, because they do not know how to eat, when to go to bed and when to get up. Many people get up at 4 a.m That hour belongs to the Earth, which is why it is not convenient. If you get up at 2 a.m, this is the hour of the Moon. Again it is not convenient. Good hours are midnight, 1 a.m, 3 a.m, 5 a.m and 6 a.m Some people sleep a lot till 9 or 10 a.m - this is extremely unhealthy.


 


Sleeping after the sunrise is as if one is put under a waterfall, the waves of which beat from above. Such is also the effect of the solar energy on the nervous system of people.


 


It is dangerous for someone to sleep during the day.


 


Saints sleep a little - one or two hours are enough for them, but for ordinary people, five hours of sleep are enough.


 


For now 7 hours of sleep are needed for you. 5 hours also could be satisfactory for you, but on the condition that you have a deep sleep.


 


It is not needed for a rational person to sleep for seven hours. For one person, who lives a regular life, three hours of deep sleep are enough for restoration of the power. This concerns people, who understand the laws of Nature. One, who understands one work, may finish it within three hours, and one, who does not understand it, will finish it for 12 hours.


 


There are people, who sleep per 8-10 hours; they think that this is good for them Less, but healthy sleep. If you turn several times during the night from one side to the other, you have not slept well. Healthy sleep means to wake up on the side, on which you have fallen asleep.


 


For the one, who knows when to sleep, how much to sleep and how to sleep, sleep is a blessing. If one cannot obey certain rules during sleeping, one sleeps without benefiting from it.


 


Normal sleep is when you lie on your right or on your left side without turning till the morning; when there is no snoring, moving, and when breathing is smooth and silent. It is correct one to sleep on his right side, but he also may sleep on his left side, when the energies on the surface of the Earth are positive, one shall lie on his left side, which is negative, in order normal exchange of the powers to take place. When the energies on the surface of the Earth are negative, one shall lie on his right side. Therefore one shall know if the energies on the surface of the Earth are positive or negative. In addition, the energy of the Earth is not the same everywhere. One shall know these powers and conform to them.


 


In order one to be in harmony with the cosmic flows, the head during a sleep, shall be turned to the north or to the east.


 


The yawn shows that certain powers and energies are at a standstill in someone. Yawn, as a natural process, is for restoration of a certain order of things. New energy is introduced in somebody at each yawning.


 


Never lie on your back, or if you do so, keep your mind awake. You may lie on your back, but your mind shall be concentrated, and do not all asleep, because the vital powers, which flow along the spinal column, cannot function properly and the nerves are being pressed.


 


When you go to bed in the evening, dress a clean shirt. Do not remain with the one, which have gathered dirt during the whole day.


 


In the evening, when one goes to bed, he has to fence well - his house, his bed, his body, as well as all parts of his organism This was done by people since old times, by prayers and songs. Today you go to bed and say the formula: "There is no Love like God's one. Only God's Love is Love."


 


You can lie down at mountain areas, but without falling asleep. You shall choose, if possible, the south and east slopes, which are healthy and have accumulated energy from the blue color.


 


When a disciple makes a mistake, it is well, for several nights, to sleep on pine boards, without a pillow, to take in the qualities of the pine. The pine introduces an impulse for growth upwards and at the same time softens the character.


 


People, who exercise in occult science, renovate themselves and develop spiritually their bodies, by leaving their physical bodies on the Earth in the evenings and going out of the zone of the Earth for a mountain walk by the spiritual one. They renovate there and after that go back to their bodies. This is one method for a rest. People go to a resort, for a walk, but if they knew that method for renovation, they could use it. That method may be used also during the day: you will go under a tree, lean on it, go out of your body and after a walk, you will go back, but already renovated with fresh powers and health.
