Ani Posted May 12, 2016 Report Posted May 12, 2016 THE RHYTHM OF BREATHING The rhythm of breathing means repeating the same intervals of inhaling, retaining and exhaling of air. Everything done rhythmically is not tiring. When work is done with rhythm, it obtains a musical character and becomes more effective and more powerful in influence. For example, some German physicists, Schredinger, Kaisenberg and Jordan, succeeded in bringing down the stone stairs through playing a special music for a long time. Using rhythm we can overcome the greatest obstacles spending less energy. When deep breathing is practiced rhythmically it becomes much easier, especially when man practices several times a day. When we exercise deep, rhythmical breathing for a long time, it becomes automatic and subconscious. The muscles in the nerve centers which direct the breathing process become accustomed to the deep breathing and day and night the organism breathes this way.
